Couples, friends and groups are welcome. A unique yoga experience outdoors in nature. Enjoying the view of the Panama City St. Andrews Bay. I supply everything, you just show up ready for your yoga practice. We may warm up with some Tai Chi movements. We will use our breath to move deeper in our yoga flow. Always ending with relaxation/meditation. This is an ALL levels yoga practice session.

Get out of your comfort zone and learn to surf on Okaloosa Island with a professional surf instructor. Start off with a land class to practice paddling technique and proper positions. Then, head to the water and try to catch a wave, all while your instructor is watching. This exciting adventure is great for beginners who want to experience the thrill of the ocean.

Take paddle boarding to the next level on a floating yoga mat. A beautifully mindful yoga class on the water. I will guide you through a series of simple yoga poses with beginner to advanced options while you float softly on your anchored paddle board. Move, flow and balance with your mind and body while you interact with the element of water in an unforgettable experience. We finish each class with a couple of minutes for an expression session and photos. No experience is needed.

Couples, friends and groups welcome. This is a hula hoop lesson. This is geared toward beginners. We will use quality hoops that are very user friendly. Basic hooping will be taught and practiced to fun music. Off the body tricks will be taught one by one and lots of practice learning these. We will review what we learned and attempt to flow from one trick to another trick. We will end with tossing the hoops in the air and catching in this big open space. We will have fun laughing and playing with the hoops while getting a wonderful workout.

Private Lessons: Learn to paddle board with your own personal instructor All equipment including safety gear, board and paddle sizing, instruction on land, instruction on the waterway, paddle stroke technique, different styles of turning, positive coaching throughout Florida is a great place to paddle with all the waterways there is something for everyone. It is a way to get out on the water and explore. The Gulf/Ocean provides a place for refuge/serenity, allowing you a real glimpse into the creatures of the bay and it's wildlife. A peaceful way to spend time in nature.

Get an introduction to the art of glassblowing during this small-group class near Destin, Florida. During this workshop, a professional shows you the basics to create your own piece of art. Learn how to gather molten glass from the furnace and manipulate them into simple shapes. This is a beginner class, and no prior glassblowing experience is necessary.
