    The experience of the boat was fine. But we had to rely on our own observations, because most of the time the narration did not point out where we were supposed to find what it was talking about. Talk a little bit then there was silence for a while like there was nothing to say and then talk again, stopped.....

    Boat driver texted for the whole trip and the seating was an issue. You are expected to sit in a group of 6 facing the wrong direction of the boat. Horrible experience overall. Would not recommend.

    Keukenhof was memorable. We enjoyed it immensely and variety of Tulips completely took us by surprise. It was a nice visiting the wind mills and experience first hand how wooden shoes were made and the pleasant experience of cheese factory and tasting different cheese

    I have booked 2 tickets 4 days in advance according to the available time slots. When i got to the meeting point, despite i had payed the tickets in advance, the cruise company did not want to let us board because it was full! A few other people were in my same situation. In addition, the personnel would not try to find a solution at all, neither considering to refund, because i had booked via a third company. We managed to get onboard in the end, although the captain started making awkward jokes about the people that had complained because were not allowed to join the tour. Very uncomfortable experience and not enjoyable at all as all people on the boat were very squeezed and the jokes of the captain created a weird atmosphere!
