The closest garage to our location (just two blocks away) is at 149 Peabody Place between Second Street and BB King Blvd., next to the Hampton Inn. You can try your luck with on-street metered parking, too, on Second Street just south of Beale; on Beale between Front and Second; or along Peabody Place from Front to Fourth Street.

I BOOKED A second tour{HISTORICAL WALKING TOUR } in 2 days I would like to know why I was charged more for this tour than the walking ghost tour on Tuesday night I also had received an e-email after i purchased the first your that if I purchased a c=second tour I would receive a 15% discount on a second In addition I had to make 4 different calls to reserve the second tour as the personnel at the Beals street meeting point said they could not book my reservation on Tuesday night prior to the start of the ghost tour i was given a number to call wbut when I called I was told that I needed to call a different number .When I called that number I was told I would be connected to the general office which when the line connected stated they were closed. As such called the second number back and had to force the person to make the reservation for the next morning but was charged more for the second tour than the first one not very good customer service and not very ethical

While our guide Jay was enthusiastic and did a wonderful job explaining all the ‘haunts’, your website said, “Explore” Earnestine and Hazel’s …as well as the Orpheum Theatre,etc, giving the impression that we would be ENTERING the buildings and not just standing in front of them. Your explanation about ‘what’s included ‘ on your website should make this clear it is very deceiving. What a disappointment.

My husband and I came to Memphis for a night for his birthday. This was the only thing we booked before making the trip and I’m glad we did. Kate, our guide, was amazing and took the time to stop and show us historical stuff along the tour as well as the ghost stories. I highly recommend! Be sure you have comfy shoes though. It’s a good walk.

This was not a good tour. It was 95% random instructions, walking silently, pointing out random places that weren't even ghost related, and then plugging other tours. There was maybe 5% generic ghost stuff that wasn't all that interesting. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone.

Kate was a great tour guide providing detailed enjoyable color to all of the stops along the way. At times photos revealed things difficult to explain with conventional logic. In earlier photo note two lights clearly visible in the second floor window on the right. No lights in the room and no reflection on the glass.

Or tour guide was Daniel and he was the BEST! Great energy and humor. Lots of history about Memphis and the Civil Rights issues of the past. The fact that he is a Memphis area native just made everything all the more interesting, even if he did tell a few dad jokes lol!
