When booking a private transfer from the Memphis (MEM) Airport to Memphis City Center and the surrounding areas you will need to provide your flight details and your destination hotel name and address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to your correct destination (please choose carefully from the list of destinations we offer). The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

Price is per person, based on three passengers per vehicle.

  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan
  • Service animals allowed
  • Most travelers can participate
  • 45 minutes waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time.
  • This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I will never use Viator again for my airport needs!!! When we arrived,no driver ,no car, nothing. Waited 15 minutes and called.told us that they forgot and a, car was coming .It was a Uber 4 door Jeep!! I payed double for a uber 4 door jeep.The driver was very nice but I payed for a professional car service Do not use Viator for your airport needs

I never had my experience. Boarding plane and booked car service at next airport. Viator took payment and no word before that about what else needed to be done. I then got that but in air and unable to confirm. When landed I called them, they had no cars and told me to go back to Viator for refund. I realize booking was same day but then you should not charge client until it is clear the operator can accommodate.

We are pretty go with the flow people, but we’re disappointed to find out our prearranged driver was delayed and wouldn’t be able to pick us up. We truly appreciate the company was on top of things and prepared to secure another ride for us. However, we paid for a premium car service and ended up with a standard ride share. The driver was nice enough but her trunk was full of large personal items and it was difficult to get our large bag in, the music was loud and it definitely wasn’t a clean, smoke free car. Again, I appreciate the service but can’t rate it 5 stars for those reasons.

My driver, Sherry, was very nice and professional, however, I was picked up in an older Toyota Camry with a huge crack going across the windshield. I'm accustomed to private transport being a late model SUV or some sort of black sedan. For the fee I paid, I should have had a decent car. I was highly disappointed. This is my second bad experience with Viator and its affiliates. Needless to say, I'm NEVER using this company again.

After booking months ago paying for it when I got to the airport 12 30 am no car so called them they told me they had no cars available. They said I had not confirmed. That was untrue as I sent my flight details. And all ages ago when the sent the email. When I asked how to get my monet back he said I have to go on line and beg haha. But for the information of others it was only $31 including his tip. In a taxi The charged 62 rip off I say. Now how do I get my money back.money back. ????

We used this service to travel from the airport to Downtown Memphis. An excellent service was provided, I was contacted by text the day before to let us know the driver would be collecting us and then again to say the driver was on his way for us and again to say our driver had arrived. This was very reassuring as we arrived quite late at night.. Our driver was waiting for us and took us on our journey. He was very pleasant and told us some information about Memphis and showed us some of the famous sites on route.. A very pleasant experience!

A great service, one of our bags had been destroyed by SouthWest and it took a long time to log the issue and then try to salvage the suitcase - the driver waited without complaint and then helped load our numerous bags. On the way to the hotel he provided a lot of information on what to do and see and how to get around the city. Direct service to our hotel was fuss free. Highly recommended!

First, I was told that we would be met at the airport with someone in the baggage claim area with a sign with my name on it. DIDN'T HAPPEN. Second, I had to look up the number to call from a text message I received. When he answered the phone he was surprised to hear from me since he didn't realize that I would be at the airport. That was when he called someone else. Third, eventually I got a call from someone who was already waiting for us. This was no nice car it was a PICKUP TRUCK and the driver was from Uber. Lastly, Viator charged me 62. I used another car service while I was in Memphis that only charged 20 to take us back to the airport five days later at 8:00 AM. Needless to say, I will never use Viator again.
