Hi Irene! We are sorry that you did not enjoy the pass. When you contacted us yesterday with your concerns, we immediately processed a refund for the attractions you were unable to visit. Also, we sent you three methods of communication long in advance of your trip, including a text message, an email, and a message through Viator, all explaining that the attractions in Nashville require printed copies and that mobile vouchers would not be accepted. We are sorry for the confusion on your end. We do have a three-step communication process prior to arrival for all guests to alleviate any guests' confusion before arriving in Music City.

We did the country music hall of fame and studio b. Both were very interesting. Loved the Johnny cash museum and Patsy Cline. Ole Smokey’s was a blast. Moonshine tasting was a lot of fun.
