Pleasant afternoon

We enjoyed our trip on the General Jackson. The lunch was good for a catered affair, but it was a bit rushed. Entertainment was fine, not great. But all in all it was a nice way to spend a few hours.

The waiters George and Samy were worth the whole trip! The food was the best we had had in our whole time in Nashville. And, the entertainment was very good.

It was an interesting experience with a dinner and show on a paddle boat. The entertainment was enjoyable. The wait staff was not very good. They never took a drink order for our table after wasting 5 minutes introducing the person that was supposed to take everyone’s drink order. The meal was tasty but the portions sparse. The meal consisted of a small salad, a roll, and an entree of short ribs, shrimp and grits, and green beans, followed by a dessert. The short ribs were 1 slice about 1 inch width by 2.5. Inches long. My piece was 50% fat. There were 2 pieces of regular sized shrimp. Not very filling. If you go to the dinner show, grab a lunch that day.
