This activity will end right where it started.• Please note that your tour will start from Reykjavík Terminal, centrally located at Skógarhlíð 10, 105 Reykjavík. • If you have chosen a hotel pick up: Please be ready to leave outside your accommodation or the nearest Bus stop with your proof of purchase, 30 minutes before departure time. Look for the Green SmartBus which will be outside your accommodation at your pick up time. • Pick up starts 30 minutes prior to departure, meaning tha it can take up to 30 minutes to pick all guests up. Therefore it is important that you are at your pick up location no later than 30 min prior departure time, because we might pick you up first. We might also pick you up last, so please be patient and wait at your chosen pick up location for our coach to arrive. • Because of traffic limitations, customers staying in postcode 101 might have to make their way to the closest pick-up spot. Your hotel receptionist can help you find out which one that is. • Please note: pickup is not available from Airbnb or private housing. Blue lagoon yes, Northern light big NOOO

The blue lagoon part of the trip was nice (however a little bit expensive for what you actually get). The northern light part was just ridiculous. I understand it's not guaranteed that you will see the northern light, but you a lot of money to just sit in a bus basically in the middle of the night. You guys ask too much money for something like this.... I feel betrayed.

We absolutely loved the blue lagoon, it was so nice that we got to have a drink and a face mask there and the bus travel to and from there was really convenient - also really useful that you can WhatsApp Viator with any questions like which bus stop to go to etc. We didn’t end up seeing the northern lights which was a shame and thought we would get out the coach more than once during the tour which was the only downside

Great tour! This company really went above and beyond to help me get out of a bind. I booked the trip months ago, and then on the day got my days all mixed up and missed the departure time. After a call to their offic, they then went and rebooked me onto the next available slot, free of charge, which was hugely appreciated! Had a lot of fun, even in the howling winds haha.

It was a great experience at blue Lagoon. We stayed there for over two hours. Setup was great. Nice lagoon side bar and face mud. Very clean washrooms and lockers. High tech. People were very courteous. Highly recommended!!

The coach driver didn't let us get on the bus because he didn't have our name of the list despite we had a ticket and booking confirmation with us. He behaved very rudely and closed the door on us without even having a conversation.
