Segway Tour of Historic San Antonio

I was a first-time Segway-er and now can't wait to do it again. This was an enjoyable tour of a city that has tons of interesting history and sights to see. San Antonio is a great tourist town, and taking this Segway tour is a wonderful way to get a taste of what to enjoy around the downtown area. Not just for young people - our party of four are all in our 60's, and we made it just fine. The Segway is fairly easy to use if you just pay attention when given the instructions, then follow them. Our guide Robert was great - enthusiastic and a lot of fun! First he instructed us individually on how to ride and operate the machines, and made sure we could do it. The tour took a good amount of time riding around seeing the sights and learning interesting historical facts from Robert. We stopped a few times for photo ops and once for a restroom / drink break. This tour company was very conscientious about COVID-19 safety precautions, so that helped us decide to go with them. We started at 9:00 am with a requirement to be there a bit early. Highly recommended sightseeing tour!

We love Segway tours and this was one of our best. Great guide, fun people and great sights. San Antonio has slight elevations so should be easy for novices. We took the tour on our first day to see where we wanted to go back to for more detailed visits. Plan on being warm (hot) and bring water.

Unfortunately the tour guide didn't show up but a phone call to the company resulted in another tour guide showing up withing 15 minutes and taking us on our tour. It was awesome! Great way to see San Antonio.

What a GREAT Experience! I was born and raised in San Antonio, been living in San Diego for about 25 years. Decided to take my girlfriend to SA and scheduled this Segway tour. So glad we did! The guys were great and the segways were so much fun to ride. I learned many new things about my hometown from the guides as well! Highly Recommend!
