Pretty lights but you can see them just as well walking. Too high prices for driving in a circle. Maybe worth going on the ride once in a lifetime.

My husband and I stayed in St. Augustine to celebrate our 26th anniversary. We went on the trolley ride on the first night after dinner. It was a great way to see the lovely lights.

We hoped the four would cross the bridge of lions for a great view. VERY disorganized waiting for trams, no one knew where to go and one person with a microphone, who arrived at the appointed load time, was not enough to straighten out the mess. The lights were great! But the tram covered the same area over and over. We did like the cookie and cider. All in all, not a good value.

False advertising misrepresenting the tour experience.

St. Augustine has beautiful holiday lights. The tour experience was short but fun. When booking the tour I specifically looked for a company enforcing a COVID safety policy. The tour operator promotes that there are plexiglass dividers and COVID masking is mandatory. There was no plexiglass separating the rows of people. The only plexiglass was between the driver and the first row of guests. Over half of the 100 people on this bus we're not wearing masks and at no point before or during the ride was any announcement made about a mask requirement or was anyone asked to wear a mask. Very disappointed with the tour operator for misrepresenting the tour experience. In the challenging environment we're currently living in, this type of negligence could cost someone their life.
